Does this automatically mean this mid controller is useless and I just need to buy a new one taking in to consideration I want to be able to use all knobs and keys along with the drums?

I do not have a driver and my understanding is that there is no driver compatible for the M- Audio Axiom 25 to use with Logic X Pro. I want to using all the keys on my midi and assign them to a piano or synth and not just use the 5 keys Logic automatically detects and decides to use when I select any software track. The problem is that the sound does not generate from all the keys and knobs. I am able to hear sounds from part of the keyboard and all the drum pads when I test using a software track i.e. So when I plug in my midi via usb Logic recognizes that it is in fact an Axiom 25 midi keyboard.

Either I am not understanding the mapping process correctly in Logic Pro X or my M- Audio Axiom 25 cannot map to the new Logic Pro X.
